Update regarding my kofi, I'm in the process of appealing so hopefully I hear back soon. I'll keep you guys up to date. And please remember, I won't reach out personally to request for donations. So if you get a dm asking for some, pls report the account. It is not me.

Other than that we got good news that more people are coming in to help with the restoration efforts. So I am optimistic that power will be restored in the next couple of weeks.

Small update from PapaOrca, water service is being restored to the island currently. My grandmother thankfully has water back at her house so that's a big relief for me. Still no water where I am, but I live way out in the boonies so no wonder.

With the army corps of engineers lending a hand, more are reported to be coming in now that daytime flights are enabled. Still no official time table as to when everything will be back to normal but one step at a time, right?

Another day over and progress made. The hospital has been put back on the grid and according to official reports so far no deaths reported. After the devastation of the storm it's a miracle. The utility company is working around the clock to get us back up and running-

Im okay, thankfully my home didnt suffer too much and we made it out relatively unscathed. The forest around my home tho. Its just gone. Due to how bad the damage is im looking at several weeks to a month without power or water. So this orca is very much in distress.
