I've been working on my game for so long by the time it comes out it is going to be very dated from a contemporary game design lens ... So I will make whatever makes me happy and damn the rest.

I've come to accept my work isn't really going to 'take off' or even be successful financially. I think as long as I find some way to keep doing what I am doing for the rest of my life I will consider that successful in the way that counts.

Was watching Dragon Tales with my kiddo for the first time, it was incredibly relaxing and lovely for the both of us, and I am really glad I get to share a little bit of my childhood with my baby. 💙✨

This outage reminded me I do need a backup microblog that is self-hosted even if it is small and isolated and nobody reads it I had one before but it ended spectacularly, might be time to try again now that times are VERY different. 🤪

I could not get my baby to stop crying for most of the day and it was only when I took a shower and shaved my face... Did they stop crying. Don't worry baby, I hate my facial hair as much as you do. 😂☠️
