1. Set the tone.
Be friendly. Introduce yourself and indicate your pronouns. Perhaps offer a handshake, fist bump, or even just a smile. Ask about where they're from, how their event is going, etc.
2. Deck selection
Discuss which bracket you want to play, and if you still have options, consider asking this question: "Are there any archetypes or play patterns you'd rather not play against?"
3. During the game
Be a good sport when things don't go your way. Compliment your opponents when they make good plays. If they play a card you're fond of, tell them!
4. Cleanup Step
Thank your opponents for the game, and perhaps ask if they're available for another one! If you enjoyed gaming together, consider swapping socials so you can game together at another event.
