The coincidence of this article appearing 10 minutes after I re-joined Bluesky! This is why I turned social media off. I miss the days of the global Twitter conversation: living in the Scottish Highlands meant Twitter gave me access to a huge network. Such a loss. Hoping Bluesky can replace it

Loved this session tonight (my first time). Really enjoyed the focus on deep listening - we always start a change project with an "understand" phase so why are we so quick to jump to solutions in a conversation? Deeper listening is good!
