Unnecessarily, I converted the effect.institute Effect visualizations to WebGPU.

I don't know why I've been drawn to this particular format—this is my third or so attempt in as many years—instead of your standard issue video tutorial.

Hopefully this pedagogic fetish is prevalent in the wider population.
