Do this week (practical, not panic): add one explicit line on “AI-generated/manipulated intimate imagery (deepfakes/nudification)” into:
• Safeguarding/CP policy
• Behaviour
• AUP + mobile policy

⚠️ A New Frontier for Safeguarding: there were widespread reports of Grok on X being used to generate “undressed” images from photos. If staff/pupil photos are online (or easy to screenshot), that’s a real risk for schools.
