It’s odd cause the rig BUILDING options have a lot of default easy to use tools but then you have weight painting where a vertex can have 100% weight to 2 different bones like???

That sloppy approach is exactly what Id like to see to be honest! I think a lot 3d artists (me included) have a really hard time pulling away from building stuff "optimaly" and over thinking the process in case of future needs because its generally the pipeline we adapt to over the years

Insurance is so expensive, it’s expected you get a job that gives you insurance. But corpos don’t want to hire staff cause insurance is expensive and cuts into their profit so like what are we doing here really

We all know this was done for the sake of greed and nothing more. We have to fight to make this kind of thing illegal. This company only gains profits, never loses. There is absolutely no good reason for a company of this scale to keep doing this.
