Very Informative. I love how there's always more to learn about our solar system.
Thank you. I especially like the part about "Doing it for yourself," since on close examination, we find that we are motivated by the thoughts and opinions of other people
You make it sound like the place to be.
True. The word "sketch" feels so inadequate for something this beautiful, that took so much time and care to make.
Love this. It is indeed important to take time and self-reflect, think about what worked and what didn't, so we can come back better.
I appreciate this!, I really wish everyone would take care of their mental health.
Keep going. ❤️
"Amen! Till we meet again."
What a beautiful poem.
Love this! So simple and informative. Also, accomplishing the simple tasks brings a sense of accomplishment, and you won't need much motivation for the other tasks.
Good read.
I feel the obsession is a net positive, it’s better to be aware than asleep at the wheel. But to your point, there is a mistaken belief that if you understand why you do something, you have fixed it.
Ultimately, the goal is understanding yourself so you can move through the world better.

Loved this breakdown! Crazy how something tiny and distant can flip your whole portfolio, but you explained it in a way that actually makes sense. Great read!

Burnout is a state of deep exhaustion, not just stress, and recovery begins with small, intentional acts of self-care rather than massive life changes.
