Just played Pax Penning for the second time, and what a brilliant piece of work. @mildamatildagames.bsky.social has truly created a fascinating synthesis of history, sharp mechanics, and beautiful components.
Pax Penning will almost certainly return at some point - although perhaps in a different form (print run was pretty much over anyway)

To my knowledge, there's nothing else quite like Pax Penning's heir system/stealing victories.
It's a bit like various share systems, where players buy into companies to control them, with the major difference that you are a company and you always control it
