fiction or nonfiction is ok, just no horror, mainly looking for things that can keep me awake and hold my attention so i don’t stare at my show (the in-flight map) the entire time

What I like best about the Artemis II photos is that it was taken by actual humans. An actual person had to frame it and manually adjust settings. It's their own artistic rendition of what they thought looked best at the time, something no probe, rover or unmanned spacecraft can take. it's art

That's home. That's us.

That's home. That's us.

This image of home just came down from the Artemis II crew.

Taken after their translunar injection burn, there are aurorae at top right and lower left, and zodiacal light at lower right.

This is my favorite climate change chart. Japanese monks, aristocrats, and emperors kept meticulous records of cherry blossom festivals for 1,200 years and accidentally built the world's longest climate dataset.

fascinated by the psychology behind the reynolds affair but also the funniest possible thing did happen, which was hamilton spilling the sex scandal beans to a group of unsuspecting colleagues and when one of them said Umm TMI he was like No, no. Let me finish. Look at these incriminating documents
