The closer you have the spout to the milk, the more definition you get. Remember to lift and drag through to create that fine line that defines the heart 💛
Your quality of milk after steaming is also a key too. The more foam, the less definition.
Hi Nadia! I think you’ve got a good technique overall! The only adjustment I’d make is when you’ve filled it to the edge, instead of continuously pouring - pause it and move the spout of the jug closer to the surface to the milk and as close to the centre of the cup as possible.
