Hello! My cat backpack only has a cat in it. It is from the Travel Cat company, and comes with a tether inside to attach to the kitty’s harness and multiple cat friendly windows and openings. Ory likes the idea of exploring outside, but he is terrified of it. The backpack is a secure compromise. 😻
