The inspiration for this was from a few different places, including a character played by a friend of mine for one of the Mistgate actual plays. Gives me very Castlevania vibes for some reason! 😂

Rarely, a female kit is born with a tail. When this happens she becomes a symbol of the communities connection to the spirits and the natural world around them.
The kit have a deep connection with the spirits of the world and the Mists beyond. These spirits, the seirei, often live alongside the kit though they hide themselves from outsiders.
Meet the kit, a people found throughout the #Mistgate campaign setting. They have tufted, fox-like ears. The kit are explorers, friendly, and curious by nature with a sense of communal ownership.
