I don't think criticizing David Byrne helps our cause in any way. He used right wing money to platform an anti-ICE message to a massive live and livestream audience. He is using his platform for good. I've seen his shows many times and it is clear where his heart is.

Actions matter, not words. You have earned my respect for consistently calling out Trump's abuses of power. And I am sure you will vote accordingly. But there are a lot of people saying this stuff on social media that still won't vote for a Democrat. I will never forgive those people.

If oil companies increase profits that means they are passing more than just the increase in crude prices. Also known as war profiteering.
I'm supportive of a mandatory draft when at war. Too few people are personaly impacted by the decision to take military action and I believe this would eliminate a lot of apathy when it comes to voting.
