I guess I’m not sure if Eric Karros is a full time broadcaster for the Rangers but I assumed they pulled on from both teams for this game. Goldsmith is the Mariners full time guy.

Ones a Rangers broadcaster and ones a Mariners broadcaster… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think about 1992…
I will keep dreaming of a Mariners team that doesn’t shoot them selves in the foot in April but the 2026 Mariners are not that team.
By the way Mariners fans from the way back know about diving catches over walls… so all I can do is congratulate Jo Adell on a great catch, no matter how annoying I found it.
youtu.be/H-fWnj8K_8U?...
Honestly it does feel like we’ve been watch a projected 64 win team so far from the 2026 Mariners.
M’s have won 4 of the 6 quality starts and 0 of the 4 non quality starts. So if you were to extrapolate that to the 97 predicted quality starts would translate into about 64 wins… and if their reliance on quality starts to wins keeps up 64 would be the season total…. Not sure how helpful that is.
Mariners with the most Mariners™️ top of the first.
Mariners on pace to score 100% of their runs off of home runs and hit zero singles for the year…. lol
Mariners chase rate on pitches out of the zone has to be terrible tonight.
This is 100% on brand for the Mariners.
“Mariners scored ten in the second inning and that’s when the heavy drinking started…”
Amazing, thank you. No notes Cleveland broadcast team.
Seattle Mariners 1977-1994, 1996, 1998, 2004-2021, 2023, 2024…
February-Hope
March-Anticipation
April-Apprehension
May-Anxiety
June-Dismay
July-Dread
August-Disbelief
September-Doom
October-Resignation
November-Acceptance
So hey at least doom is a ways off
That was ball 4, Angel Hernandez would be proud. Hope there is ABS in 2030. #WBC
I mean it’s vastly better than last winter in which *checks notes* they missed the World Series by one game.
I think they need to make a move, but I wouldn’t be surprised if ownership says prove you can be competitive and we will add at the trade deadline again.
Weirder than New Mexico for the cubs?
If he only faced lefties I would be fine with it, but Dan will inevitably play him in day games against righties to get Cal off his feet, a disastrous move for the lineup… I’m not sure how much of that I can stomach to watch again.
Mariners fans not open to this.
Where do you look up who signs by mail?
Does blowers get any credit for “the prediction”? Which definitely a top 20 franchise moment.

“Innovative” in the sense that it’s a new and interesting way to charge you money.
I guess I know where I was 11000 days ago, which is a weird thing to say.
See this is why I don’t like WAR… is that including defense? Was Ty some sort of defensive master that I’m not remembering. Is availability factored into WAR? How does 200 extra plate appearances but lower stat totals amount to that much more WAR.
That being said, if he’s available for a good price he would 100% make the team better, go get him.
I don’t think the d-backs would trade him or Corbin Carroll (who’s a Seattle guy). With the injury to Burns and Martinez they are probably looking to be competitive 2027 or 2028 if there is a strike. I think till that gets disproven they are only going to add to that core of players.
