Here it is in stages of creation. Now it's on my wall. I have another this size half finished. I think we should all have at least 1 day a week where we just create for fun! :)

Thank you! I'm not sick of it yet - which for me means a whole lot. LOL. It's the one painting I've done for myself that I don’t think I’ll ever paint over (which is rare since I usually end up doing that with paintings I make for myself). I really love this one.
I do usually name my paintings but I honestly don’t remember if I did this time. I’ll have to look on the back and see if I wrote it there. But if I didn’t, I love your suggestion!
Typically I end up getting sick of my paintings and I paint over them. But this one I actually really love and it’s definitely not being painted over. 😁

It's kinda crazy to me that Tassie and NS are almost exactly opposite each other on the planet, but have so many similarities.
Thank you so much! I hope you get to go back to Australia so you can visit Tassie, it really is wonderful and a must see! I think you would love it. I feel like there are a lot of similarities between NS and Tas - which I think is why I immediately felt at home here when we moved here in 2018.
January is usually the month I take a break from one type of art, and work on other art that I do for myself 'just for fun', like this painting I did a couple of years ago. I have another one this size I am working on, it's half finished. Time to get back to it I think. Art for arts sake, indeed!
