More cries for immediate deportation of anybody who doesn't look, think, speak or believe exactly like the founding members of The WASP Republic of Alberta.

I've watched this a hundred times. It's the bongo drums that do it. Imagine it without bongos. You can't. www.youtube.com/watch?v=7e3E...
Two Mourning Doves at a bird feeder with a built-in camera. One dove is in profile, very close to the camera, and appears to be looking at it, and the other dove is further back, but also looks like it’s staring straight into the lens.
These two Mourning Doves at my feeder cam look like they just rang my doorbell because Tony Soprano sent them to collect a debt I owe.
It looks off balance.
I am not rooting for hurricanes
However, if we get to Hurricane Omar, the whole timeline will light up with “Omar comin’” gifs and that will be fitting and a little bit funny
Gil Duran tweet: TLDR: Fascism in response to Palantir's long fascists screed on X.
"Your Account is Suspended" Message on X
The CEO of Palantir posted a fascist manifesto on X.
I pointed out that it was fascist—which resulted in a permanent suspension from X (my second time!).
So, when you hear the tweeters complaining that BlueSky is intolerant, remember why many of us came here in the first place.
Good. Suffer.
Good
Bars in Washington, DC had been struggling since Covid. So why are the city’s Democrats so eager to get rid of Pete Hegseth, Kash Patel, and Jeanine Pirro?
related to tim curry’s birthday, but i happened to be thinking about this meme heavily the past couple days already
Scary place to be knowing that the moon is haunted.

KHAMENEI IS MASTER OF THE STRAIT
ONLY EUROPEAN CRUISE LINES STAND BEFORE HIM
ROYAL CARIBBEAN ARE NOW BLOCKADE RUNNERS
Opening text of a thread by Palantir from X Because we get asked a lot. The Technological Republic, in brief. 1. Silicon Valley owes a moral debt to the country that made its rise possible. The engineering elite of Silicon Valley has an affirmative obligation to participate in the defense of the nation. 2. We must rebel against the tyranny of the apps. Is the iPhone our greatest creative if not crowning achievement as a civilization? The object has changed our lives, but it may also now be limiting and constraining our sense of the possible. 3. Free email is not enough. The decadence of a culture or civilization, and indeed its ruling class, will be forgiven only if that culture is capable of delivering economic growth and security for the public. 4. The limits of soft power, of soaring rhetoric alone, have been exposed. The ability of free and democratic societies to prevail requires something more than moral appeal. It requires hard power, and hard power in this century will be built on software.
Palantir put out a 22-point summary of their CEO's book The Technological Republic. It's pitched as a defence of the West, but if you read it through the VDA framework, verification, deliberation, accountability, what it's actually doing looks rather different.

why does it lowkey look like a mountie
These are going to come for the left too. They financially motivated — Macedonian teenager type stuff for the AI era. Scammers profiting off of easily enraged people. MAGA may be more susceptible to ragebait but worth understanding what’s going to happen in 2026 and 2028.
Disasterific!
Good call, immediately loads the bases with no outs.
Here come the hits.
