Today is my last day at uidotdev … forever grateful to @tyler.ui.dev @alex.ui.dev and @lynnandtonic.com for being the best coworkers I’ve ever had. I’m super proud of what we built (and how much fun we had doing it).
International Distance
Just signed up for a triathlon - is this me having a cliche millennial midlife crisis?

1. Definitely go to a running store they have a lot of insights
2. I'd recommend following a plan (Nike Run Club) helps you fight the temptation to try and do too much
3. I think runners high happens after running consistently for 3-4 weeks (I'm sure its different for everyone)
I'll bring the Pokemon cards
This is so awesome

If you've looked at the Redux docs in the last week+, you may have noticed a banner for a "Redux.dev" course.
The UI.dev folks did a fantastic React Query course ( query.gg ), so we're exploring doing one for Redux as well! Right now we're gauging interest - please sign up if you're interested!
I wrote about it a while ago (also why I decided to do that Twitter vacation)

I got diagnosed with ADHD when I was 27 and took meds daily for 8 years before deciding to wean off about 2 years ago. It definitely had a positive when I was taking it but I could feel its impact slipping over time and I didn't want to increase my dose over time.
5. Stopping by your buddy's house for a Gatorade
OMG my hype knows no limit!!! ⚡️ @vlt.sh is featured as THE MAIN THING on this week edition of the bytes.dev newsletter!!! bytes.dev/archives/342...
Happy anniversary! (many days late)
(Bug apparently lots of people got this message today)
👋 yeah I just haven’t checked very much
Do you have Capsule (pharmacy) in your area? I changed to them and most of my issues went away (although they got hit with a shortage recently but overall far more reliable than cvs or Walgreens)
I could be the only one, but the app I icon for this app is so ugly it gives me an aversion to using it
