So I'm watching the Megamind show and the first episode has a character who I can only describe as the salt guy from Jimmy Neutron but not funny and written to be a worst version of Screwball from Spider-Man.

You know I've gotten multiple suggestions for Caine match ups and everytime I try writing a script, I get distracted thinking about how that would even work and the horrific implications of either the characters being stuck in the digital circus or Caine being out in the real world

Long story short, technically Plankton has more win conditions but most of them are based around Plankton's questionable scaling and whether or not K Rool would even register he's there.
If we scale him up and say they actually did threaten SpongeBob, Plankton would probably take it. But SpongeBob has also managed to beat him when he had the entire town under control by rocking out. Its hard to say whether he was ever an actual threat to SpongeBob
The issue is I have no idea if K Rool would even notice him. Like buddy is already HUGE even compared to DK. And SpongeBob is around 4 inches tall and able to step on Plankton. By that logic Plankon would probably sneak inside him to do the brain controlling thing he did to SpongeBob pretty easy
Don't forget that both are COMPLETELY dependent on chainscaling to the main characters of their series

The funniest thing about this picture is if they used current Tien, you could make a solid argument for him winning. But nope. Instead they used a version of Tien weaker than Radiz.
