A simple double convex lens, with a around 150mm focal length in front of the existing lens aughta pull your minimum focal distance closer. Will have to print an aux holder to allow use of standard focus mechanism

This one is out of the cooled unit, the real game is finding lenses and optics that do not shred the wallet. Our best scores are several zoom lenses for under a grand each with cores.
The best bet is actually Zinc Selenide, as it's broadband transmissive and cheap due to use in CO2 laser cutters
