First draft finished. Now it’s time to go back to the beginning and fill in the gaps, plot holes, missing links, and details that make for a fully fledged manuscript. I’ll be honest, this story hasn’t come out of my brain easily but at least it’s finally out.

Can anyone recommend a fabtastic book cover artist who’s great at old school cartoon style characters: think Tom and Jerry meets Terry Pratchet book covers? Not interested in anime style.
Aaargh! Was mopping the floor at work and have just come up with an amazing idea for a YA Horror novel. Why does this happen when I can’t just sit down and get my ideas out on to ‘paper’? Can someone pop in and take over so I can go and write?
I managed to do some writing today. Despite the ‘help’ from my mini-editor, cuddle-demander and Chief Motivation Officer I managed just over 3k words. I also managed to sort out a major plot dead end so it’s safe to say I’m well chuffed.

Finally finished the odds and sods blanket. Lots of my late Nannie’s and my mums ends of yarn used up. I think I now need to start collecting other people’s odds and ends as I love this end result. #crochet
