Anybody realize that AI has made them more aware of how much they're overthinking everything?

SaaS founders, don’t be afraid to say, “We don’t do that.”
Trying to be everything for everyone is the fastest way to fail.
The loudest voices in this game glorify the hustle.
But IMO the happiest ones are quietly building while still making time for their families and themselves.
Scrolling is like junk food for the brain.
I know it’s not good, but damn it tastes good.
Marketing your project isn’t “extra work.”
It’s literally part of the job.
I hate that it took me so long to accept this.
Side projects feel like running a marathon in secret.
Nobody cares, but you’re still out there putting in miles.
Sometimes I market my project just to remind myself it exists.
Is that bad? 😂
Building feels like progress.
Marketing feels like rejection.
The key is to treat both like experiments.
Keep going.
Running SaaS AI Tools for 2 years taught me this:
Most "unique" tool ideas aren't unique.
They're a remix. Execution is everything.
Every time I hit publish, I imagine the world stopping to critique my work.
Reality?
99% people are scrolling past it 😂
If you could only use one marketing channel forever, which one are you betting on?
My job isn’t being replaced by AI (at least not yet).
My 2AM overthinking sessions?
Those are.
AI won't take your job, but someone who knows how to use it might.
If you had to start over with a completely new business niche, what would you choose?
Every AI tool founder thinks they’re reinventing the wheel.
Buddy, it’s the same wheel, just painted blue this time.
The hardest part of working on a side project isn’t the work...
...it’s convincing your brain that done is better than perfect.
What’s one underrated business book that more people need to know about?
Watching thousands of SaaS launches is wild.
The hype dies fast.
Longevity = users who can’t live without you.
Building a SaaS tool in 2025?
Assume your idea exists.
The real test is:
Does anyone actually care enough to pay for it?
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a workday? Something simple or totally indulgent?
If your project is 80% done, it’s time to spend 80% of your energy marketing it.
This was hard for me to learn.
Glamorizing 16-hour work days is wild.
You can’t pour from an empty cup, but somehow we’re out here acting like the cup doesn’t even matter.
What’s the biggest software you pay for in your business, and what makes it worth the price?
When you’re in builder mode, you tell yourself “marketing can wait.”
When you’re in marketing mode, you tell yourself “I need to build more first.”
It never ends.
Why is it that the hardest part of working for yourself is not working on yourself?
Do you use dark mode or light mode on your devices? And is there even a debate here?
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to grow your business.
But if the process destroys your health and relationships, what’s the point?
SaaS marketing isn’t about going viral.
It’s about making the right people say, “Oh, that’s exactly what I needed.”
What’s your favorite AI writing tool that’s actually worth the hype, and why do you love it?
Market research often becomes an excuse to stall.
Talk to one person. Build for that one person.
Done.
