Yeah, Ive certainly fallen victim to someone I loved and thought cared about me weaponizing therapy talk. It is a wild ride. When I see this behavior, its like witnessing the bad side of tumblr and TikTok having a really terrible and mean baby 🫣

When you’ve done something to hurt someone you supposedly cared about and refuse to talk to that person about it you aren’t “protecting your peace” you are avoiding accountability. I really need people to please stop using TikTok as a bible. It is a (poorly vetted) tool for information, not a source
