Michigun has fallen out of the Top 1000. ΔΔΔ

A list named Pianist Dreams was rated twice in under a month. Once on December 28th, 2025, and again on January 25th, 2026.
This was due to Viprin accidentally resending the list to RobTop.

Khorne has become the 10000th rated demon in Geometry Dash!

After the 1 millionth list ID was botted, RobTop deleted it and changed the closest list to have the ID instead.

Fixed now!

When Update 2.1 first came out, there was an "Unlock Layers" button in the editor that didn’t do anything.
RobTop had planned to add layer locking, but removed it before sending the update. It was brought back in 2.2.

Correction: it is the world record for the fastest time to GAIN 100,000 stars, not reach.

As of August 16th, 2025, uueemm holds the world record for the fastest time to reach 100,000 stars, doing so in 108 days.

Accounts deleted through the Account Management page are now getting renamed.

Skeletal Shenanigans by YoReid is now the most downloaded Medium Demon.

This is the first Geometry Dash review on the Play Store.

100 creator points are now required for the Creator Leaderboard.

In Updates 1.7-1.9, there was no level sending system inside of the game, so Geometry Dash Moderators had to send levels through a page on the Boomlings website.

"secret" was a unique password assigned to every Moderator, and it is what ensured the send went through.

The number displayed at the top right is hardcoded to be 10, so it will always display 10 no matter how many levels there are.

There is one level missing on this week's Geometry Dash Lite weekly level rotation, being 9 instead of the usual 10.

50K stars are now required to be eligible for the Top 1000.

Released on 4/20, Umbraleviathan's level "Ivorystar Waltz" samples assets from 735 Geometry Dash levels.

The project's document with every creator/level sampled will be posted in the replies.

On March 14th, 2025, RobTop set a level named "RatedLevelNoComments" as the daily level. The name held true for a while, until Rob removed the ability to delete comments on the level.

There are now over 10,000 players with creator points! (including unregistered users)

On September 14th 2018, Rob forgot to set a Daily level.

The map pack level Gravity Cycles has been updated no fewer than 9 times. The only known footage of the 1.7 version (thought to be the one originally put in the Magma Pack) comes from a shaky, handheld Italian YouTube video and a grainy image from a random GW Post.

When Update 2.0 first came out, there were 2 unregistered players in the Top 100.

Before profiles were added in 2.0, you were able to search for specific users' levels by searching for "u" + their user ID.
