So in my current job (curatorial fellow- only a 1 year contract) people have taken to emailing me about historical things I generally know about, I go away, do a bit of research, come back with an answer, some sources etc.

I think that’s realistically what I need to do but I haven’t quite got my head around it yet. It’s also hard to do when you’re used to working over capacity and now you have to plan to be under capacity about 80% of the time. But you’re right, it’s a season! I just don’t know how anyone is doing it!
