The EC3 board actually hates the name. The city paid for the costs of incorporating the arts council. We’re wanting to change it to Arts Peterborough (Not that that’s much better).

Actually, EC3 arts council is responsible for saving the Peterborough Folk Festival and the other service grants. I know this, because I’m on the board.
