Been playing a bit of Absolum because sometimes you just want to beat up some bad guys.
Fun game.

I always forget to post when something interesting goes on. Instead, I remember like two days after, so I never actually post anything.
We had bad weather on Tuesday night, but luckily nothing too bad in the immediate area. Just managed to get back home before it all went down (late night at work).
This is why I play everything on easy! ๐คฃ
Music games are so difficult for this reason. It's hard to know what's your issue and what's a lag or timing issue. And if you're like me where my internal lag can very subtly change each time I play, then it's just so hard... ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ
I feel like some of it is that presses aren't always lining up for what you're expecting. I do better on some of the harder ones when I'm not listening to the track.
Well, we had our offer for a house accepted, so it's a step toward getting out of temporary housing!
We'll have to see what the inspection turns up first though.
What a game, and what a team! Love you Michigan Wolverines!

Damn, wasn't expecting that kind of beat down of a great team. That was cold.
One more performance like that to go!

Tennesse doesn't have a chance if they can't even buy a bucket. Now that Michigan has decided to step on the gas, it's starting to get ugly. All the offensive rebounding in the world can't help you right now.
This is why LotR is the GOAT.
You goddamn right! ๐โโ๏ธ
Happy birthday!
Sleeping is one of my favorite activities on my birthday, so you should definitely have no shame! ๐
Well, Howard just pissed off Michigan by keeping it close at the half.
So many dunks in the second half.
Birthdays are for eating what you want and doing what you want. And if that's wallowing in despair, you do you.
But definitely get some good food at least! Anything goes well with a tasty meal.
Hugs and birthday wishes to you anyway!
Recently tried out the Gambonaza demo, the Balatro style chess game. I feel like it's a more "thinky" take on that style, as you have a lot more control over the play. But that also makes it more stressful to play, and these style games seem to stray to the more relaxing side of games.
Should've called them out for knowing that they were dating sims!
No snitching on your people!

I'm still confused as to how one guy can kick another guy in the nuts and not get kicked out of the game.
I made my daughter start playing Super Mario World. It's breaking her Gen Alpha brain.
Well, our house is under contract right now, so we can really start looking for a new one on this side now!
An exciting time, but also a lot of working finding one that we'll like.
I tried Vampire Crawlers. Not sure how I feel about it yet.
Mostly because I'm the absolute worst at deckbuilders.
I guess I'm making time for NextFest demos...
Tried Ultrapool. It was fun! Not sure that'll it have the same Balatro addictiveness though.
Want to try Windrose next. Maybe get my friends to try too,
With all the people telling me how good it is, I guess I'm going to have to make time to watch the gay hockey show.
Had another person rave about it to me today.
Debating whether I should play Fortnite with my daughter.
I'm not good enough to carry her and she doesn't care that she doesn't have good taste in games. I blame the latter on her mother.
Thank you for the context! I've put my pitchfork down now. ๐คฃ
Man, there were at least five terrible calls that went in favor of Duke in that one. Not to mention that the refs were letting them be physical and then randomly calling a foul whenever (and that went both ways). Really ruined what was a great battle between two good teams.
Has that ref ever watched basketball before? First a shit call against Mara when he blocks Boozer, then calling a travel on Yaxel when he's on the floor going for the ball. Just awful.

I regret that I have but one like to give.
I'm speechless after watching this commercial. I don't know whether to laugh or cry or maybe both?
Shoutout to the Zelda series for hitting the big 4-0 though.
Okay, I just watched Alysa Liu's free skate now and I gotta say one thing: that hair flip she did right after finishing was cold-blooded.
Girl really killed it, from the moment she stepped on the ice to the moments after she got her score.
