Kharg Island is an... island. You don't put troops on an island within enemy striking range where they have no place to hide and shelter. Real target is SE coastal main land if anything.... Easier trek to capitol that bypasses the worst geography and "easier" to defend.

It was an awful show and slap in the face to longstanding Trek fans. It wasn't the politics but the dark cynical overtones and complete abandon of Roddenberry's vision of an evolved & inspired future that did it in. It's juvenile nature didn't help either. Building out the "TS100" chassis and I'm impressed! All aluminum, suspension, geared motors, for $40-75 & as low as $30! Could use some gaskets between the motors and chassis to minimize vibration. Some washers on the suspension mounts, and a good bit of lithium grease. Tracks are meh. #bots #maker
