Dog. So many middle aged couples get a dog the moment their kids became independent and are no longer a distraction to mask the fact that their relationships have long since withered. Walking the dog, talking about the dog, getting affection from the dog etc all the allow that denial to continue.

Him and Frimpong both played against us in the CL group game earlier this season. We tw*tted them and I remember nothing about either of their performances. Both sh*te. 😉

Went to see Lydon on his recent book tour. Have been to a few similar events and they’re always interesting but Lydon was like sitting in the pub and having to listen to the right wing pub bore get more and more tedious the drunker he got. Sure his younger self would be embarrassed who he’s become.

Honestly don’t understand why people do this. There’s a reason they put an earpiece at the top and a mic at the bottom. It’s a phone FFS (clue’s in the name).

As for people listening to music on loudspeaker, we need laws!

Obviously the sensible decision to call-off the derby but a 1230 ko could have worked in our favour for once (flat atmosphere), whereas rescheduled game probably midweek under the lights.
