My go to when insurance denies routine medications for my patients with prostate cancer. Every time I check it’s a very affordable (sometimes <$5) on cost plus drugs. Full disclosure I get nothing for endorsing them. It really is just great.

FWIW I trained at Emory where we routinely used 5mm from cavity/T1+ for 60 Gy volume. Still saw toxicity…

Or is toxicity driven more by tumor/local recurrences (>80% of time whether you use 5mm or 20mm) and biological differences in sensitivity to 60 Gy with less volumetric affect. That said we certainly could do better from 🧠QoL assessments

Hard to extrapolate omission from this dif pop… Want +MFS/OS w/PORT: S8794. What’s the cost of enza and would men rather yrs ADT or 5wk RT (w/o ADT for many).
