I assume you're not a fan of cottage or shepherd's pie then? We use bread to soak up, of course. Does NE have a fish or lamb stew comparison. Seems odd that such a cold place wouldn't have that kind of food.

There are no fries and no sandwich! It is mashed potatoes with cornbeef chopped up and mixed in, often with onions then topped with grilled cheese.

It's fine as a sandwich.
However, in the UK we've been mashing cornbeef and spuds then topping it with grilled cheese and pickled cabbage for centuries. And it is so so much more than essentially a sarnie. Especially during a Nebraska evening, i'd have thought!!

Fair enough.

1) We were chasing the game at the same stadium last season and scored 2 to win us the game.
2) It was a late - rare - goalkeeping error that cost two points.

Darwin snatched at one chance that landed quickly at him - between his feet - and the other one he was at full stretch.

Exactly, especially after the poor first half. Right side of defence was out of rhythm & targeted but only a great strike from outside the box & a rare goalkeeping error cost us points. I think Arne would be most annoyed by the 2nd goal. On to the derby. Up the Reds!
