I'm sorry, I apologise...
...or do I?
Aaah, got you there.
Or did I?

I always knew @chinnyvision.bsky.social would one day reveal his true identity but did not expect it to be on Lady Decade's channel.
And for him to have played Top Hat Gaming Man all this time is such a jaw dropper.

Those familiar with 1990s consoles know that the entire world is split into three areas.
* USA
* Europe
* Japan
That's it, the rest of the world does not exist. FACT. Don't argue.
I have been to the first two, never been to the last one until now.
Of course I'm filming the retrogaming delights...

Well, regular YouTubing does not pay as much as it used to. They thought it could be a living, and to be fair, so did a lot of us.
Online courses for YouTube success - run by two YouTubers who got dropped by their agency for illegal activity.
Lesson 1: What to do if you get caught bang to rights nicking copyrighted work ON A SATURDAY.
You will require:
Your children
1 onion
If you do sign up for this, you get a USB stick marked 'scripts' which is a full webscrape of Wikipedia articles, plus a Temu Chun-Li outfit and an assortment of patterned tights.
It'd be like Tommy Ten-Names claiming to be a Christian.
Oh.
That's just before the section on having your agency dump you immediately.
Fraudulent retrogaming grifters Lady Decade and Top Hat Gaming Man are trying to con their audience with this online 'course' to tell you how to be successful on YouTube. Oh dear.
Fuck that sky high.
A mock-up of how the ZX Spectrum verison of Bedlam (a game on Go!, a label owned by US Gold) would look if it was rereleased on US Gold's Kixx label.
A lot of ZX Spectrum games on US Gold's Go! label ended up rereleased on Kixx, but seven of them did not. I did a poll to see which one of them was the best... spectrumcomputing.co.uk/forums/viewt...
Front cover of the first issue of Your Sinclair (a reboot/rebrand of the Your Spectrum magazine which ran from March 1984 to November 1985), released on 2nd November 1985
Your Sinclair is 40, and has been for a few weeks now. I took a look at what was in that first issue...

The inlay for the ZX Spectrum version of Ocean Software's Where Time Stood Still when it was rereleased on The Hit Squad brand... except it actually wasn't, this is a mock-up.
It's been an interesting week on the Spectrum Computing forums...

Read more about my programming feats from the womb in The A-Z of 1971 Arcade Coin-Ops in which you learnt I made Computer Space while aged minus three years old. Nolan Bushnell is just a fun pseudonym I used at the time.

I see a lot of people talking about the A1200 mini.
Here's a reminder that Paul Andrews of Retro Games ltd. (and various other companies, and a proper James Blunt) does not deserve your money:

I mean, the label says it's +2B. Although the light compensation on my smartphone has given the thing the grey hue of an ordinary +2.
Most of the black +2s are actually+2B. Many people mistakenly refer to them as +2A.
I'm told the +2A is rarer. Come to think of it, I don't actually know what this is, but the probability is that it's+2B.
Hence, I go with the cautious "black +2".
I bought a recapped ZX Spectrum+2 (black, yes inferior to the grey), my first working Speccy in about thirty years. Bearcat's looking after it in the car boot, as there was no packaging!

I am not an orc.
Me.
No beard. No wit.
If you want to find me at #CrashLive, I'm the bald middle-aged white guy in jeans and trainers.

I have arrived in beautiful sunny Kenilworth at a place that's a cross between the Grange Hill and the Crossroads Motel.

Where's my Commodore Vega+?
Important. Especially for people in the U.K., where we consider swearing a highly-evolved artform.
Come and say hello if you’re at Crash Live next weekend. You can even ask me some questions on Sunday morning if you like.
Whether I can still remember anything from working on the ZX Spectrum nearly 40 years ago is another matter.
