Being the songstress that she is, and her long lived life, she is quite skilled in the musical arts. Her singing voice is absolutely beautiful, to the point that mortals in her age and world claim that it has hypnotic powers.

However, she cannot chain the maneuver back to back and it will exhaust her to do it too often.

Moreover, turning herself into water makes her very vulnerable to her weakness to electricity and certainly makes being boiled by high heat much more painful.

She also cannot control impure water as well as she can with pure water or sea water. Non-water based liquids she can't control at all.

She IS able to turn her entire body into water, briefly. Unlike her next incarnation, she is quite good at it, able to weave it into battle for dodging.

Her mastery of water is incredibly powerful, though it has some limitations.

She does run off of waterbending rules, she cannot just MAKE water out of nothing, there must be water nearby. However, she can, with concentration, condense humidity in the air into usable water.

However, due to other factors, she is highly resistant to creating overly lavish or extravagant dishes. She knows she cannot make outright bland foods, as good taste is good for morale, she also will not make anything unique in taste.

Due to her nature as the physical embodiment of Temperance, she has a heightened sense of measurement and proportion in all things.

This most especially is evident with cooking. Even without a recipe, she will never under/over season or burn the food. Even measuring flour is a non-effort.
