2. generally whenever I'm going in-and-out of clip space, i have to reciprocate the .xy by .w to properly perspective divide (note: my code doesn't take reverse-z into account cuz it's technically not fiddling with graphics-api-depth-output values.
(also just realized ur also multiplying that by world to object in the transform function, that definitely needs a 1 there for any translation encoded in the world to object matrix to kick in)
Two things I see that look off:
1. TransformObjectToHClip takes a float4 for a reason; you're feeding it a float3 that's potentially getting smeared to a float4 w/ a 0 for its .w value. I think that needs a .w of 1. Any multiplication by a projection matrix usually needs something there.

Given the state of Ren'Py i do feel that the process for streamlining Otome game development is both severely outdated and underserved.
That being said, this organizer seems to have a bit of a track record of unfinished VNs w/ translation issues, so skepticism feels warranted from that front alone.
Seems like a big part of it is advertising for NetEase's new visual novel engine, too.
I dunno. I don't love the whole "girls play games too!...... as long as they're THESE types of games!" mentality. Feels very dated.
