This fking asshole can take his apology & shove it. He has the balls to say even though he knew he was lying to ppl it wasn't intentional. Bullshit! He knew exactly what he was doing & he knew it was wrong but he was making so much money he didn't care. He's a douchebag of the worst kind.

1001 albums #2: The first woman artist to show up (since these lists tend to be overwhelmingly male) is an excellent singer, if only they'd chosen different songs.

Album art for Queen - Sheer Heart Attack

It seems odd to think of the band's third album as still being proto-Queen, but this is still very much that. You can hear the transition from the more proggy leanings of their first two albums to the more ostentatious Glam Rock that's really the band's signature style. Even with that, it's a pretty cohesive record, though as is standard with Queen albums, the singles stand out much more than the album tracks, so while the three-song Tenement Funster/Flick of the Wrist/Lily of the Valley is a very solid trio and Brian May's guitar solo on "Brighton Rock" does indeed rock, none of them can hold a candle to "Killer Queen." - 3

1001 albums #1: We immediately establish my basic bitch credentials by starting with my favorite band. (3/3)

Unlike both Katie & Ana, I'm a cis male so I'll be coming at it from a slightly different perspective. Additionally, I'm white, in my forties, and despite having lived in the US since 2003, British. Oh, and as anyone who has followed other music opinions of mine will attest, I'm a basic bitch (2/3)

1001 Albums Generator Explore the history of music. One album a day. From the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.

Stumbled across @katie.bzky.team and @anaelisethemis.bsky.social giving one-a-day reviews on one of those "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" books by a bunch of UK writers/editors and decided to do it myself using 1001albumsgenerator.com to generate my own list. (1/?)

That was a very fun game to be an #OrlandoMagic fan. Something that hasn't happened much this season.

Really liking the "new" @wshcommanders.bsky.social uniforms (aside from the unnecessary black alt), but do wish they had an actual logo instead of the taco holder W.

The funniest part is "I don't get my feelings hurt easily," considering her entire "fame" is built around having her feelings hurt because she tied for 5th place in a race.

Yeah, that would have, well not "worked," exactly, but failed less.

Just finished reading DIE: Loaded issue 6, and that ending was a gut punch. @kierongillen.bsky.social and @stephaniehans.bsky.social really knocked it out of the park. Yet again.

I was aware of the Frankenfilm nature, but I still don't forgive that ending.

90% of it is the "ending," which might have been the first time I'd been pissed off at an MST3K movie despite the riffs.

Got to run a session of my Baldur's Gate: Descent Into Avernus D&D Campaign tonight, and while the party's no closer to Descending Into Avernus yet, they ended the session by descending some stairs in the Vanthampur Villa and ascending to Level 4...
