I’m honored to have the endorsement of Unite Here Local 11! I ran on a promise to be the most pro-labor Attorney General in the history of Arizona. In my first term, I’ve followed through by protecting workers to the fullest extent of the law.

Our water belongs to Arizonans. Fondomonte is sucking down Arizona’s groundwater to ship alfalfa to their cows overseas. I’m taking them to court to stop it.

Arizona workers deserve someone in this office who always has their back. As AG, I’ve protected workers and held corporations accountable when they treated their workers unjustly.

One of my proudest achievements as AG is defeating the Kroger-Albertsons merger. When corporations are forced to play fair, prices go down for Arizona families.

I just got back from a town hall with Tucsonans to stop spiking electricity rates. I'm spending every day fighting for working Arizonans. Meanwhile, my opponents are focused on cozying up to Trump, pushing dangerous election lies, and sending the DOJ after me.

I’ve been a fan of states rights since I was a Republican. I just never expected to have to defend them like this.

Valley attorney looks back at accomplishments of civil rights movement Once called a "tenacious fighter for the underdog," Ely made it his mission in life to fight for people who needed an ally, because growing up, he could have used an ally himself.

With the passing of Herb Ely, Arizona has lost a giant —someone who understood that the law must serve the people above all else. His work leaves a lasting impact on the rights and freedoms of every Arizonan. He will not be forgotten. www.abc15.com/news/local-n...

Arizona AG Mayes says mail-in voting lawsuit close - KTAR.com Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said her office is "gearing up" for a legal challenge against President Trump's mail-in voting executive order.

I think the federal government should back off and let us run our own elections in Arizona.

LIVE: Supreme Court hears arguments on birthright citizenship YouTube video by Associated Press

Listen live this morning as Arizona joins a coalition of states defending your rights as an American and the promises made to you in our Constitution.

The 14th Amendment is clear and I’m proud to defend it: if you are born in the US, you are an American citizen.

Phoenix area rent prices decline as supply increases Phoenix-area renters should start to see relief as thousands of new units hit the market.

Most Arizonans aren’t feeling relief yet but this is a good sign after we busted the alleged rental collusion scheme by RealPage and major corporate landlords.

Attorney general challenging 154% utility hike at Arizona retirement community Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes wants the corporation commission to conduct a rehearing on the utility rate hike for a Robson Ranch community in Eloy.

It’s not like these Arizona seniors are getting a 154% income increase to keep up with the rate changes. They deserve better. I’m proud to be fighting for fair rates they can afford.

A win for Arizona voters and a loss for one of the candidates hoping to challenge me in my reelection.

It’s never been more important for the AG of Arizona to protect our safe and secure elections— which is what I’ve done and will continue to do.

Megafarm seeks pause in Arizona groundwater public nuisance case Though the law allows for virtually unlimited pumping in rural Arizona, Attorney General Kris Mayes says Fondomonte violates public nuisance laws by overdrawing water, drying wells and subsiding land ...

Arizonans can’t afford a Saudi mega farm sucking our groundwater dry. I’m going to do everything in my power to keep holding them accountable.

Best news of the week: There’s not going to be an auction of ‘P’ Mountain in my hometown of Prescott. From the hiking trails my dad loved, to the ‘19’ that honored the Granite Mountain Hotshots for years, Badger Mountain deserves to be protected.

Voting by mail is safe and secure. Any GOP claims to the contrary are hypocritical. Arizonans have been doing it for decades and 80% of Arizonans vote this way. It’s not something that should be up for debate.

AG: Northern Arizona ratepayers ‘foot the bill’ in APS rate hike Arizona Public Service Company wants to raise its electricity rates by about 14%. But Attorney General Kris Mayes says APS could get away with a 3% increase and still maintain reliable service.

As I talk to Arizonans across the state, two things are clear: Arizonans are experiencing price hikes they know aren’t fair. And it’s never been more important to have an elected official who’s doing something about it.

The best part of campaigning is all of the incredible Arizonans I have the chance to meet. In every neighborhood and town we stop in, I’m inspired by the dedicated business owners, community leaders, students and families who are making a difference for Arizona. I’m in this race for them.

No Donald Trump, 2020 wasn’t rigged. And neither was 2024, when you won here. If you actually want to help Arizona, stop chasing lies and do something about the cost of living.

One of the Republicans hoping to challenge me this fall is reigniting his SHAM ‘Cyber Ninja’ 2020 election audit conspiracies to the disservice of Arizonans. It’s a disgusting politicization of government and a waste of time and $. Just know, I’ll never stop protecting your vote.
