honestly don't know what I would use Bluesky for except professional networking. Visually it looks like a series of bullet points with links, interrupted by photographs of the fires in Los Angeles.

The second issue is that all posts on Bluesky are public. I would rather that my data be scraped by Meta then have my late night and sometimes bibulous posts be read by anyone in the world. I should've done more research before social media signalling.

After spending several hours on Bluesky, I am almost certain that it is not what I want. The first issue is a 300 character limit which must've seemed exciting back in the 90s, but which now seems like a strangely unimaginative copy-and-paste of an antiquated Boomeresque and early Gen-X Twitter.
