Watch the video as a recklessly driven cheap car careens around and a gang of armed thugs spring out to menace an innocent civilian, like a kidnapping or robbery or murder-for-hire.

It looks like organized crime taking place in a third-world country, because it is.

I’ve been asked to help lead impeachment proceedings against Secretary Noem, unless she resigns or is fired in the coming days.

She must be held accountable.

Unmarked car, no lights or police insignia. Masked armed men leap out. Victim not in the act of committing any crime. This is not how a serious federal law enforcement agency acts in a free society.

How is this not supposed to be a “right wing paramilitary force loyal to the regime”?

Goldman: They’re still covering up, because only half of the documents have been released.

I don’t understand why they get to decide—without explanation—why half of the material should be held back. Trump’s name is all over it. So now we know why there was such a cover-up…

I wonder how many people know about "Aryanization" in Nazi Germany

Powerful MAGA

They’re taking kids from Minnesota and sending them to detention camps. They’re shooting American citizens in the street and locking investigators out of the crime scenes. The world is watching what happens next.

The nazis redistributed the stolen property of deported Jews to the German population. It was called Aryanization.

This is no different.

Fucking hell. When PBPD executed a search warrant on Epstein's house on October 12, 2005, they found the high school transcript of one of his victims in his desk drawer.

And that's not to mention the photos and toys in the closet, and the tapes beside the TV, which I am just going to leave alone.

Redacted to Epstein:
I give you permission to kill him.'
He is apparently with Olga.
He lied to you and he lied to me.

Epstein:
whoops

Redacted:
No one will lie to you and get away with it from me. No one. Whoops is correct.

Classic authoritarian logic: corrupt people by giving them an incentive to do the wrong thing. In 1933 and 1938, years of major assaults on targeted groups, the Nazis forgave the debt of other Germans to bind them to the regime.

X post from Sarah Ferris from CNN

“Jeffries has informed Johnson that Dems will not bail out Rs on a suspension vote - which requires 2/3 of House, sources tell @mkraju & me. Confirming Punchbowl

House Dems say it’s not their deal to pass, not inclined to help GOP out.

Caucus will have call tomorrow evening.”

Good on @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social and House Dems for doing this.

Dems should be driving a much harder bargain than the milquetoast approach of Schumer and his appeasement senate Dems caucus.

Remember, the full Epstein Files are well over 6 million pages long.

What you have seen so far is the *least offensive* 3 million pages.

Trump and his lawyers are hiding the other 3 million pages—and have made clear that they will never ever release them, federal law be damned.

ICE has more funding than all the other federal law enforcement agencies combined.

They're not going to stop at Minneapolis.

They're going to continue unleashing evil and cruelty on the streets of American cities until Congress puts a stop to this.

Academia, Science, Media, Politics, Tech and Finance all revolve around one thing:

Money

That’s why so many high profile people surrounded the billionaire Epstein like moths to a flame.

I don't like to talk about stories before they are fully reported, but I am writing on ICE in a Minnesota town that isn't Minneapolis. However bad you think it is, it is worse. It is a campaign of pure terror whose only strategic goal is more terror. There is no strategy other than to break people.

Trump's lawyer says he chose to withhold "images of death" from a tranche of docs his client's name is all over, as well as other current and former members of Trump's administration.

How are millions not in the street protesting the Epstein Files?

We're paying taxes to these people.

Remember when we learned that our wealthiest and most powerful people were connected to a guy who ran a literal child sex trafficking ring? And then that guy died mysteriously in a jail?
And now we just don't talk about it.

What we found is bleak. Attorneys told us they’re struggling to get information in to or out of ICE and Customs and Border Protection facilities, which are holding nearly 69,000 people this month. And detainees often are forced to choose between remaining in crowded, squalid conditions or leaving the country immediately.

Judges in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles have ordered the government to facilitate attorney-client communications at Homeland Security buildings. But attorneys say that doesn’t always happen. Even if detainees get the option, some worry they’ll be punished if they take it.

Lawyers can't reach clients in ICE detention. I've heard it anecdotally, but scale of issue is horrifying.
