the straightforward advice is "make it badly first", but I think that's easier said than done, and frankly isn't what I normally do when I'm in that situation. what I do is decide on a person/people who I want to piss off with this work, and then set out to piss them off as much as humanly possible

it’s not looking so good. she had a few bites of tuna since the vet gave the “yeah screw the prescription diet just feed her ~anything” go ahead yesterday, but that’s it. i’m hoping pain meds are making her feel less of whatever awful she might be feeling.
