These Topps Chrome parallels are getting out of control.

Looking closely, it appears to be something on the inside of the case, and not damage on the card.

I just bought this 2024 Heritage, and when it arrived in the mail I noticed some fuzzy-looking white stuff along the bottom of the card. Is this mold, mildew, or something I should be worried about? Should I crack the case and remove the card to prevent damage to the card?
