Trump administration plans to attack Biden DOJ as 'anti-Christian' in new report The report comes out of an executive order that established a "Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias," according to details viewed by NBC News.

The report’s draft language is unusual for the Justice Department, which typically speaks through legal filings, and examinations of internal policies and procedures normally emerge from the inspector general’s office. www.nbcnews.com/politics/jus...

EFF is Leaving X After almost twenty years on the platform, EFF is logging off of X. This isn’t a decision we made lightly, but it might be overdue.

"X is no longer where the fight is happening. The platform Musk took over was imperfect but impactful. What exists today is something else: diminished, and increasingly de minimis."

Dear Chairman Comer:
We write in response to the subpoena you issued as Chairman of the House of
Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on March 17, 2026, to then-
Attorney General Bondi, which sought her testimony at a deposition scheduled to occur on April
14, 2026. The Committee issued the subpoena to Ms. Bondi in her official capacity as Attorney
General, rather than her personal capacity. Indeed, the subpoena is specifically addressed to
“Pamela J. Bondi, Attorney General of the United States” and the accompanying cover letter
specifically seeks information from her “[a]s Attorney General[.]”
Ms. Bondi no longer holds that office. As a result, because Ms. Bondi no longer can
testify in her official capacity as Attorney General, the Department’s position is that the
subpoena no longer obligates her to appear on April 14. We kindly ask that you confirm that the
subpoena is withdrawn. The Department remains committed to working cooperatively with the
Committee and continues to believe that additional compulsory process is unnecessary in light of
our demonstrated willingness to voluntarily assist your oversight efforts

Iran war's shock waves threaten England's farms 6,000 miles away At a potato farm in eastern England, workers are thrown into an unfolding crisis as the war launched by the U.S. and Israel threatens shortages of fuel and fertilizer.

"Though much attention has been devoted to the oil shock brought on by the conflict, there is another, perhaps equally alarming crisis emerging for the global population: a looming shortage of fertilizer, which could trigger widespread food shortages."

Pam Bondi failed to prosecute Trump's foes. Todd Blanche probably will, too. Several former federal prosecutors said in discussions with NBC News that incoming acting Attorney General Todd Blanche won't likely be able to satisfy Trump.

“If they follow the same agenda of trying to bring these cases, I think, predictably, they’re going to get the same pushback by both grand juries and juries. You can change the person at the top, but the people who are down in the trenches, they’re left with the same situation.”
