I somehow have a backlog of manga/comics I've purchased but have not read, so I've taken to bringing them to work. But... I do not need my work associates seeing that I'm reading She Loves to Cook, and She Loves to Eat vol 5, so I made a shitty dust cover out of two sheets of printer paper and tape

actively spending my 15 min work breaks doing things besides scrolling on my phone, like drawing or reading feels... good? and actually heals my brain a bit from the burden of work??? who could've guessed

I keep trying to listen to nice relaxing music mixes, like the ones you'd study to, so I can really focus on my tasks but they're too gentle and make me feel sleepy. my focus mix end up being the equivalent of 180+ bpm playlists intended for workouts.
