this second video is after the first glaze firing. I've just applied iron oxide decals. Next up is a decal firing. To be continued...

I'm working my way through the process. This first video is the underglaze stage.

I put the liner glaze on these 60 mugs today. I under glazed them in groups of 10, so there are 6 different color combinations for this batch. Tomorrow I’ll apply the rust/weathering treatment, touch up the metallic glaze on the handles and rims, and load them into a cone 5 glaze firing.

Started applying underglaze today. This will go on for a while. Painting all the little numbers takes a lot of time.
