Totally agree. Jonathan Ross had 10+ years experience when he murdered Renée Good. More training only makes these assholes better killers.
There are some people making the argument that the problem with ICE is lack of training. Even if that were true (I don't think it is) it's also irrelevant because their leadership is saying that they are doing exactly what they want them to do. So there's no good faith 'fix' to be made there...
A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.
