Almost there! with austerity measures increasing throughout the world, we’re motivated to do our part to ensure people have access to affordable and healthy food.
it’s a one-person operation at the moment, so things take time, but we’re cooking up something good.

Haven’t updated in a while but i’m working in the background to add some useful tools to sautAI.
I lost my 9-5 at the beginning of the year so my time has been split trying to support my family and working on sautAI.
No stress here. All part of the story and I’m looking forward to sharing it.
been gone for a while. went to spend time with family over the holidays and also make a lot of updates to the backend of sautai.com. we now have an emergency pantry management system for those living in areas that require an emergency supply. a video on how to use everything is coming soon.
i created an app for that purpose. it’s not perfect but worth a shot if you’re having a hard time

thanks for taking the time to respond, Dean. it means a lot.
when children are involved, time is a precious commodity. or even cultures where people work all day—Japan for example—and a lot of the “salarymen” eat conbini food every day
@deanspade.bsky.social excited for your new book. i’m rereading Mutual Aid and curious how to protect against bad intent people liken to William O’neal (Fred Hampton) as an example from sabotaging the program. is it just blind trust with everyone and give them power to make decisions?
thank you
Reminder as new year’s resolutions for weight loss are being thought of. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and weight loss comes from diet and less so from the gym.
back to work fine tuning the logic. been a busy end of the year with family and my job but i’m excited to continue building. it’s the work i look forward to the most.
since my daughter was born I've had a hard time keeping my diet in control. I often snacked and ordered out to save time. my weight ballooned. I discovered how to #mealprep and with the help of @sautai.com I was able to get my diet under control and I'm starting to see positive results.
it’s a tough time to do meal planning. especially with all the parties and events that come up.
Getting feedback from friends of sautAI and through my daily use. Continuing to update the app so it can be useful to meal preppers and those wanting to eat healthier.

try us out. we also have a pantry option to make sure those items in the cabinet get used before expiring.
full disclosure it’s just one person working on this so there might be issues, but this app is meant to help people like yourself.
it all counts!

future features to be added for sure!
looks balanced, healthy, and tasty!

@sautai.com First day doing a sautAI bulk meal prep. It took some time to get everything cut up and seasoned and organized but hopefully it pays off by saving me time during the week. Still a few more proteins to buy but I got most of the shopping done. #mealprep #sautAI

i’m curious, what’s the hardest part to keep up with?
why does meal prepping suck? the same meals every time?
looks good!
