Medium and up takes a -1 penalty to MP, and the large shield makes you unable to jump. Pretty hefty, but they're great pieces of kit if you want a landlocked tank of a machine.

Upgraded the engine to offset the shield slowing me down, so yes! This machine retains all the essence of a classic hunchback while being uniquely deranged in its own special way.
