The nameservers allowing Internet users to find NIH.gov and cancer.gov resources appear to be down. This has happened at other agencies, and what follows has never been good.
I can't access NIH.gov or cancer.gov. if they took down the nameservers, some people will be able to access them for a while until their DNS caches refresh. But the nameservers are definitely down

Trump says that "for the most part," Elon Musk has his approval to shut down government agencies, mass fire employees, and take over payment systems.
