An alternate AU where Dante hadn’t yet gotten violent with Teia due to his addiction and survived the fall from the window after Emil’s attempt on his life, going to save Viago together. Dante sits beside Teia propped up with pillows for his broken ribs while they wait for Viago to regain consciousness after the adder bite, smiling at them as Viago wakes up with his head in Teia’s lap. Teia smiles down at him and holds his hand with the light from window casting down on them from behind her (we’re ignoring that this happened at night, the light’s from the moon, shhhh)
