Finally, I catched up on the Game Awards !

It's definitely an exciting year but also a terrifying one. Thankfully, some key speeches and awards were here ❤️

It's still an enormous paradox in this industry with how people in it view games... and the ones who pay consequences for others' mistakes.

Not an "artist" but always cool taking up the (virtual) brushes from time to time. The very long loading screen at launch was definetly an excuse to doodle a bit.

Worked with some Ubisoft devs of Ukrainian studios and I have an immense respect for their teams!

Launching meetings and having to postpone in the middle because they have to go to shelters is not the type of experience I ever thought of encountering... can't imagine how they feel daily

Is it bad ?
Not necessarily, the part of me that didn't get Pokemon cards as a child has now done it without bankrupting anyone 😄

(And damn is the app good at pushing you to collect and pay - should have been "collect and play" though)

Honestly, after "playing" the Pokemon TCG for the last few days I think I finally understand it better.

The combat is really missing depth. It's clearly a collecting app and it fulfills the fantasy of opening an insane amount of boosters getting a dopamine I would never had been able to afford 💰

At least, now that I'm here, I can discover the forbidden pancakes 🥞
