As a consultant, I help diagnose and solve problems in agency strategy, growth and operations.
I also coach management, marketing, sales and client services to implement *gestures* that stuff above, with commercial training that helps agencies to generate and close more business (at higher margin).
As a non-executive director, I work with founders and owners of marketing agencies to help them set strategy; assemble and lead their senior teams; and make their agencies more predictable, fun and rewarding to manage.
